This innovative twin-site practice in Watford is seeking a keen and enthusiastic GP to join their team for 4-6 sessions per week. If you’re a skilled GP looking to advance your career in a supportive environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Position Overview
As a General Practitioner at this practice, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of experienced clinicians, including ACPs, Pharmacists, PAs, Physios and mental health services. The practice is committed to reducing GP admin through workflow optimisation, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Contribute to the training of GPs and medical students
- Participate in regular meetings and peer reviews
- Maintain accurate patient records using SystmOne and other systems
- Engage in continued personal and professional development
Requirements
- Listed on the NHS performers list without restrictions
- Holds MRCGP or equivalent qualification
- Committed to providing patient-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
