Locum GP Milton Keynes

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Locum General Practitioner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking primary care team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive general medical services to their patients on a part-time basis (4 sessions per week). This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment while maintaining a good work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation & Patient Care: Provide high-quality consultations to a diverse patient population, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Clinical Records: Ensure that patient records are kept accurate, up to date, and in line with NHS guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with practice nurses, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care
• Patient Consultations: Conduct face-to-face consultations, addressing both acute and chronic medical conditions. Provide holistic care that meets the diverse needs of our patient population.
• Referral Management: Assess and refer patients to appropriate specialists, ensuring timely and appropriate care within the NHS framework.

Essential Requirements:

• GMC Registration: Full and unrestricted registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
• NHS Performer Number: Valid NHS performer number
