Our client, a well-established GP practice in Swansea, is seeking a skilled General Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking to work in a supportive environment that prioritises team wellbeing and delivering exceptional patient care.

Position Overview

As a General Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical services to the practice population. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including GP partners, a salaried GP, and registrars, to deliver high-quality clinical care in compliance with the GMS contract.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of primary care services to patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the practice’s clinical system
  • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the effective management of the practice
  • Lead by example and foster positive working relationships with the team
  • Adhere to GMC Standards for good medical practice

Requirements

  • Full GMC Registration
  • Inclusion on the National GP Register
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
