OOH Locum GP – Bristol

Fancy well-paid shifts that fit around existing commitments? We’re recruiting GPs for Out-of-Hours cover in Bristol.

Key Details:
– Location: Bristol
– Rate: £90 per hour
– Availability: 3–5 days available, with flexibility
– Working pattern: Evenings, weekends and bank holiday shifts
– Patient workload: Mix of telephone triage, face-to-face consultations and home visits
– Clinical system: EMIS
– Start date: Start as soon as you’re ready

About the Opportunity:
This is one of the more established OOH hubs in the region, with a settled clinical team and clear governance around escalation and safety netting, so you’re well supported even on a first shift. The base is centrally located with good transport links, and shift patterns can be built around whatever else is in your diary. It’s a good way to diversify your work without committing to a fixed rota.

Requirements:
– Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
– Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List
– Right to work in the UK
– Appropriate medical indemnity cover
– Relevant GP/primary care experience
– Up-to-date compliance
