Our client, a well-established GP practice in Blackpool, is seeking a full-time Salaried GP to join their supportive team. With the potential for partnership in the future, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated GP to grow their career in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview

As a Salaried GP, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in a semi-rural population. You will work alongside a team of 9 GP partners, one salaried GP, and 2 registrars on rotation, contributing to the practice’s commitment to delivering the best possible patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time cover for 6 to 8 sessions per week
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a semi-rural setting
• Collaborate with a wide and varied team of clinicians
• Participate in early and late sessions as part of the contract
• Rotate early, late, and duty GP shifts to ensure work-life balance
