As a Salaried GP, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care through face-to-face and telephone consultations. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physician associates, pharmacists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and social prescribers, to ensure comprehensive care for the local community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations with patients
• Refer patients to other organisations when clinically indicated
• Action correspondence and clinical letters
• Review and action test results
• Prescribe in accordance with patients’ needs, adhering to guidance
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with good practice
• Complete reports and medicals as required
• Participate in QOF/local contract work as agreed
