GP Partner or Salaried GP - Durness

Our client, a well-established GP practice, is seeking a dedicated GP to join their team as a 6-8 session Partner or Salaried GP with a view to future partnership. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced GP to make a meaningful impact in a thriving practice. The practice is known for its supportive and inclusive culture, where all team members are valued and encouraged to contribute ideas. They prioritise continuous learning and development, offering regular protected learning time and working closely with the Primary Care Network (PCN) to support the growth of their staff. As a GP within the practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive primary care services to a growing patient list.

• Provide clinical care to patients, seeing an average of 15 patients in the morning and 14 in the afternoon or evening
• Participate in the on-call rota, supported by ANPs and the Home Visit service
• Manage clinical administration, including reviewing abnormal blood results and hospital letters
• Engage in protected learning time and multidisciplinary team (MDT) work
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care and practice processes

Requirements

• Fully qualified and registered as a General Practitioner with the GMC
• Experienced in using SystmOne clinical software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
