Salaried GP - Gloucestershire

Our client, a well-established GP practice in Gloucestershire, is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled GP to make a positive impact on patient care while working in a collaborative and diverse healthcare environment. As a Salaried GP, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care to the local community. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including social prescribers, pharmacists, chaplaincy, nursing and HCA teams, an ACP and a GPA, to deliver comprehensive and holistic healthcare services. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the practice’s mission of delivering exceptional whole person care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations through various means, including in-person, video calls, telephone calls, and home visits
• Review and sign repeat prescriptions and address related queries
• Assess patient medical test results and take appropriate actions
• Complete patient medical reports and examinations as required
• Handle supporting paperwork and related administrative tasks
• Attend to any emergencies that may arise within the practice
• Provide support and guidance to other practice clinicians as needed

• GMC registration
