Our client, a thriving medical practice in Norfolk, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Salaried GP to join their supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified or experienced GP to make a real impact in a practice that values high-quality, personalised patient care.

Position Overview

As a Salaried GP, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to the practice’s patients. You will work alongside a team of 10 GPs, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development. This position offers the chance to make a difference in the lives of patients while enjoying a healthy work-life balance in a stunning coastal location.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred care across 6-8 sessions per week
• Participate in short sessions with 13 contacts per routine surgery
• Contribute to the practice’s duty doctor system (no more than 1 session per day)
• Engage in regular peer supervision with a named senior GP
• Attend weekly operational meetings, monthly clinical meetings, and staff training sessions
• Utilise protected admin time to ensure efficient patient management
• Collaborate with the dedicated early visit doctor to minimise additional visits

Requirements

• Fully qualified GP with MRCGP
• Included on the GMC GP Register
• Enthusiastic, hard-working, and friendly with a good sense of humour
• Committed to delivering high-quality, personalised patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
