Salaried GP in Paisley

Our client, a dynamic GP practice in Paisley is seeking a skilled Salaried GP to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated GP to work in a supportive environment and make a positive impact on patient care. As a Salaried GP, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, empathetic, and compliant care to the patients. You will work alongside a team of 4 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, and a multidisciplinary Duty Team to deliver high-quality healthcare services using various consultation methods, including face-to-face, telephone, and technological platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, empathetic, and compliant care to patients
• Conduct physical examinations, tests, and procedures to diagnose patients
• Maintain accurate medical records for all patients
• Make recommendations for lifestyle changes to improve patients’ quality of life
• Prescribe medication, treatment, or therapy to patients
• Explain test results and medical procedures to patients
• Consult with other doctors about the specialised needs of some patients

Requirements

• GMC registration
• Experience working in a team
• SystmOne experience
• Clinical audit experience
• Ability to provide quality care
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• An understanding of QOF, LES DES, and CCG
