Our client, a well-established GP practice in Sheffield, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Salaried GP to join their supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for both recently qualified and experienced GPs to thrive in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Position Overview

As a Salaried GP, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality primary care services to the local community. You will work alongside a team of 3 Partners, 5 Salaried GPs, and a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including nurses, pharmacists, and allied health practitioners. The practice is committed to providing comprehensive and patient-centred care while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to a diverse patient population

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care

• Contribute to the development and improvement of practice protocols and guidelines

• Participate in regular educational meetings and professional development activities

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the practice’s clinical systems

Requirements

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and inclusion on the GP Performer List

• Excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to patient-centred care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development

• Proficiency in using clinical IT systems – SystemOne)
